Jeanne Chattoe
Chair of Trustees
Jeanne has given her amazing energy and enthusiasm to raise huge funds for the charity since she and her family were touched by breast cancer. Jeanne founded the Witney Action Group and organizes several annual events including a fashion show. Jeanne became a trustee in 2002 and became chair in 2009.

Anthony Leathem, MD
Trustee
Anthony founded the charity with his wife Patricia in 1993 to raise funds to support his research to find an antibody for breast cancer. Anthony began his medical career in 1968, working initially as a doctor in pathology before branching out into medical research. He continues to advise the clinical team at University College London.
Margaret Spittle, OBE
Trustee
Margaret is a senior oncologist and adviser at University College London Hospitals, specialising in breast cancer. She is known and respected for her specialist advice to organisations worldwide.
Pat Leathem
Trustee
As co-founder, Pat's passion and creativity has been driving Against Breast Cancer since its beginning. She is an ex-theatre nurse who worked with breast cancer patients and shares husband Dr Anthony Leathem's motivation and inspiration to save future generations of women from the threat of breast cancer.
Vickki Harmer
Trustee
Vickki is a clinical nurse specialist in breast care at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She also runs the St Mary's Paddington's Breast Cancer Support Group whose patients generously raise money for us. Vickki is a script adviser on breast cancer issues to programmes such as Coronation Street, Channel 5's Family Matters and Radio 4's The Archers.
Philip Bergqvist
Trustee
Philip ran the London Marathon, raising money for Against Breast Cancer in 2005. His enthusiasm for the charity stems from the death of his wife in 2003. His family own the beautiful Quinta de la Rosa, one of Portugal's oldest port estates.
Lucy Bowden
Trustee
Lucy has been involved in fundraising with the charity since she was 10, after her aunt and later her mother were diagnosed with breast cancer. Lucy and her husband run a local market garden business.
