All that's left to do now is send us the money you have raised for our vital research.

Please start by downloading the form at the foot of this page, it's a simple but important process that allows us to keep our admin costs to a minimum, ensure our records are up to date and, of course, makes sure that you are thanked properly.

• Bank it! You can pay funds raised directly into our bank account. We bank with Barclays, the account number is 00674230, sort code 20-01-09

• Online. Use the 'Donate' page on this site, but don't forget to tell us how the funds were raised in the 'comments' box.

• By Phone. Pay your donations/sponsorship over the phone on 01235 534211
