Recycling Volunteer - Office based
Against Breast Cancer are a small charity based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire who raise vital funds for research into secondary spread breast cancer.
Do you have a passion for admin? Do you have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn? Would you like to boost your CV, skills and confidence? Then this could be the role for you!
Due to a big increase in the number of donations we are receiving into the office, we now have an exciting opportunity for a recycling volunteer to join our team.
This is a fantastic position for anyone wishing to gain valuable experience, help make a difference and can be added to your CV. Typical tasks include: –
- Unpacking donations – adhering to Covid-19 protocols
- Sending thankyou letters and emails from a word template for postal donations
- Updating spreadsheets of bra bank holders
- Updating details on our database
- Working as a valued member of the team
Skills required but full training will be given:
- Office 365
- Ability to work in a team
Flexible Working Options Available:
- Part-time – minimum of 7 hours per week, this can be two half days or 1 full day on either a Wednesday or a Friday in the Against Breast Cancer Office.
