What is the Well Wellow 10k? This fun, active event is open to both runners and walkers alike.
The route will take you round the rural footpaths and country lanes of the historic village of West Wellow, once home to Florence Nightingale, in Hampshire.
The purpose of this event is to promote physical activity, enjoying the great outdoors and to raise much-needed funds for charity Against Breast Cancer. All proceeds after expenses will go to vital breast cancer research.
All finishers who have entered prior to the closing date will receive a medal. However, as this is a non-competitive event, there will be no chip-timing or prizes for the first finishers.
When? 14:00 – 16:30, Sunday 28th June 2026.
Bring the family – For young children there will also be a chance to join in a short kiddies run (entry on on the day for this).
Entry cost – The cost of entry to the Well Wellow 10k is £12 for adult. £6 for under 12’s. All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
You will receive a briefing email with further information in the weeks leading up to the event.
Buggies and wheelchairs – The route includes very narrow footpaths, uneven fields and kissing gates – therefore would not be safe for buggies and wheelchairs.
Dogs – While this is a lovely dog walking route at other times, dogs may present an additional trip risk with a large number of people on the course. For this reason, we ask that you do not bring your dog on this occasion.
Refunds – As one of the primary functions of the event is to raise as much money as possible for charity and our budget is extremely tight, we will not be able to offer refunds.
