The Great North Run is the world’s biggest half marathon. The infectious atmosphere and traditional fly-past by the Red Arrows, make this an event not to be missed.
With 60,000 runners taking on the Great North Run route from Newcastle to South Shields each year. It’s famous for its inclusive atmosphere, unbeatable route-side entertainment and warm Geordie welcome.
