Charity Place Terms and Conditions & Declaration
- You must be at least 18 years of age on the day of the event.
- If your application is successful, a non-refundable registration fee will be payable upon confirmation of your place.
- By accepting a charity place with Against Breast Cancer you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for both the cost of participation and the associated fundraising commitment.
- You acknowledge that Gift Aid contributions cannot be counted towards your minimum fundraising target.

By choosing to participate in support of Against Breast Cancer, you consent to the use of any photographs or media captured on the day for promotional and marketing purposes.
- If you wish to withdraw from your event, the charity must be notified in writing before the withdrawal deadline.
- Should you not be able to participate in your event we cannot guarantee rollovers. In the event of injury, we will take each application for a rollover on a case-by-case basis.
- Rollovers are subject to the charity being able to secure places in your chosen event in the following year and cannot be guaranteed.
- You acknowledge that as a charity, we do not receive rollover places for major marathons from event organisers; therefore, we are unable to offer a deferral or rollover option to participants who are unable to take part.
