Pete's overwhelmed by the success of his bra bank!
Occassionally our supporters share stories or quotes that are nothing short of little fundraising gems. So we'd like to thank Charlotte Osborn for sharing this one...
On top of the fantastic work done to arrange a bingo night in January, a raffle and a 'pink day' in February, the project that has really caught the imagination of the staff and parents Owlsmoor Primary School in Berkshire is their Bra Bank!
Organiser Charlotte and the PTA have collected over 600 unwanted bras so far. Apparently Charlottes husband, Pete, has bras thrown at him every time he turns up at school to collect his children! 'He is a bit overwhelmed' says Charlotte 'and wonders why it didn't happen to him when he was 19!'
