This epic challenge requires you to summit Ben Nevis (1,344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Mount Snowdon (1,085m), the three tallest peaks in the UK. Your goal is to reach all three summits within 15 hours of total trekking time. Most groups complete the challenge within a 24-hour period, including travel. In total, you’ll climb more than 3,050 metres and trek around 40km. It’s a demanding experience that pushes both physical endurance and mental resilience.
The National 3 Peaks Challenge is known for its fast pace, tough terrain and incredible sense of achievement. You can take part as a personal goal, join a charity team or tackle it with friends.
